All Splish suits are warranted against all manufacturing defects for 60 days from purchase date. We will repair or replace it as needed.
EXCHANGES AND RETURN
CUSTOM SUITS: You may return any unworn custom suit within 45 days for exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds on custom items.
NON-CUSTOM SUITS: You may return any unworn suit within 30 days for a full refund, exchange or credit. Items received after 30 days will be eligible for exchange or store credit only (no refund).
PLEASE NOTE: ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNWORN AND UNWASHED WITH A COPY OF THE INVOICE AND THE REASON FOR RETURN INCLUDED.
RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
If, for any reason, you would like to exchange a product, Splish will happily ship the replacement at no shipping charge to you. If you would like to return merchandise please send it to us at the address below. Upon receipt of your package, we will exchange or refund your purchase. Our return address is:

Splish will refund the full price of your order minus the shipping cost on returns.
GRAB BAG/SALE SUIT RETURN POLICY
Refunds are not allowed for grab bag suits or sale suits. Full price grab bag suits may only be exchanged for a different size. Certain sale suits may also be exchanged for size. Should you need to exchange the size, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the suit, and there will be and additional charge of $5 (domestic) or $19.95 (international) for Splish to ship the new suit to you.
All sales are final for the clearance grab bag suits. No returns. No exchanges.
